Welcome to the search page of Picture Norfolk where you can discover the unique character of the county through fascinating pictures of people, places and events. There are over 16,000 images (with information) in the collection which reflect many stories of Norfolk life and history. You can also buy copies of the images as high quality photographic prints or on CD, which make excellent original gifts.
The images are mainly photographs taken by both professionals and amateurs, dating from the early days of photography to the present. The collection also contains images of engravings, paintings and drawings. To find out more please read our Picture Norfolk Fact Sheet.
