Anyone is welcome to use our online services. To make full use of all of our facilities you will need to be a registered member of the library service. Joining is easy and most services are free. You can also join online .

We now offer a range of ebooks and e-audio books to download. These digital library services are provided by different suppliers, so all information about your loans and reservations of our downloadable titles will be found in your account details section of each website.

We also have some useful information available about ebooks or e-audio books on our main website to help you get started.

You can search the catalogue and use the simple online reservation service to reserve any physical item from home or at work, to be collected from a library branch of your choice. (Books can be returned to any library in Norfolk).

Access your Personal Record to renew any books you have on loan or to check the status of any items you have requested.

You can also sign up for email alerts when your reserved items are ready for collection.
