Please Note: This Online catalogue, including the reservations and renewals service and Online Registration and Picture Norfolk, will be temporarily unavailable while essential software upgrades are carried out. This work will start at 5.00pm on Sunday 19 February and is expected to take until some time on Thursday 23 February.
Loans of e-books and e-audio titles from the Norfolk Digital Library will be unaffected during this period.

Anyone is welcome to use our online services. To make full use of all of our facilities you will need to be a registered member of the library service.

If you are looking for ebooks to download, please visit the Norfolk Digital Library. Our digital library service works from a different database, and all information about your loans and reservations of our downloadable titles will be found in the "My Details" section of the Digital Library website.

You can
search the catalogue and use the simple online reservation service to reserve any physical item from home or at work, to be collected from a library branch of your choice. (Books can be returned to any library in Norfolk).
Access your Personal Record to renew any books you have on loan or to check the status of any items you have requested.
You can also sign up for email alerts when your reserved items are ready for collection.
