Customer Information - Catalogue Downtime
The Norfolk Library Online Catalogue will be unavailable on Sunday (14 March) between the hours of 4.30 and approximately 9.00pm for an essential server upgrade. Customers calling the renewals line (0344 800 8006 ) will be able to leave an answer phone message. Norfolk Library and Information Service apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Anyone is welcome to use our online services. To make full use of all of our facilities you will need to be a registered member of the library service. Joining is easy (link opens in new window) and most services are free. You can also join online .
You can search the catalogue and use the simple online reservation service to reserve an item from home or at work, to be collected from a library branch of your choice. (Books can be returned to any library in Norfolk).
Access your Personal Record to renew any books you have on loan or to check the status of any items you have requested.
You can also sign up for email alerts when your reserved items are ready for collection.
